Connect Micro USB to USB 2.0?

Good day!

I was wondering if you could connect a micro USB to USB 2.0 cable, to a Nokia Lumia 925?

Because I would love to connect addition things to my phone. Like a keyboard, SD card reader, flash drives, and more. So, is that possible?

Or do I have to download something to my phone to allow that?

I don't think WP support USB OTG right now, but maybe when WP8.1 arrives. But don't hold your breath.
