Trouble browsing over data signal

For some reason, im struggling to use my data for browsing the web or apps that gather info while using them, wpcentral app, Facebook, etc. When i load up IE i get an error from my service provider saying that i am trying to connect to the internet via a hotspot or using tethering, im not but i phoned my provider and they suggested deleting apps until it resolves itself and that by turning my phone off/on again it should fix itself, this does work, but i don't want to delete each app and test what's causing the problem, the service provider said that a torrent app could be causing the problem, but I deleted that app ages ago and still having troubles.

Does anyone know of any apps that could be causing this? Thanks.
