OneDrive data migration

Hi guys, Im not sure if I am asking this in the wrong area and I am sorry If I am....but im getting desperate because Microsoft support sort of gave me the shaft. Basically I am a Microsoft Partner (CSP) and my customer who's tenant I am managing wants to migrate from commercial tenant to Government cloud tenant. They do a lot of Government contract work so Government Cloud would make sense for them. The problem is, their users store all of their data in OneDrive and that means I would have to figure out how to migrate all of their data from the old(Commercial) tenant to the new one(Government). Microsoft told me to get more answers regarding this I would need to purchase the silver lining support plan. Does anyone have experience migrating customer tenants and their data? Any input would help. THANKS!!!
