My MIcrosoft account keeps getting locked out

I have problems with my account getting locked out, and telling me to update my security details i.e change my password.
This happens once a week, and i notice it when skydrive stops syncronize, or when i cannot log into my windows 8 computers.

Does this happen to anyone else here?
I have skydrive on 3 computers, 2 phones and one ipad, all connected to the same account. And its a real pita to change and update the password all across my "eco system".

What are your security settings on Outlook.com?

I cant see any options for security settings there, i have an empty innom there! when I click the "gears" on the top right, by my name, i have something called "more email options" but nothing there is related to account security.
