Force apps sync

Anyone know a way to manually force sync the Metro apps between my devices? For instance, I have a Surface RT 8.1 and PC 8.1, they are both set to sync between the same account and usually it works but sometimes it doesn't. I like consistency between my devices and if there was a "manual" sync switch that'd be sweet! Anyone got any ideas or remedies to my apps not syncing properly?
