Steam browser cookies doesn't work.

Hello, I have a Samsung Ativ S with latest version of Windows Mobile 8 (it updated about 2 weeks ago).
When I try to navigate on Steam Store (this site), I have to re-enter user name and password 95% of times. Rarely, it remain saved when I enter the site.
Why this? A friend of mine, has another Windows Phone with no problems like this.

Uhm...yes, this can be the answer to my problem.

My friend says that he has Steamguard too...
