So aside from screen rotation lock which I'm surprised isn't in the action center, I'm very surprised that Widows Phone 8.1 there is no option for voice dictation on the keyboard. Seems like such an easy thing to implement.

There's a voice dictation option when text messaging but it's pretty simple. Maybe down the line we'll see MS do something more with it.

This is one of the biggest irritations of I have. Every messaging program (but the built in programs) don't have voice to text. Every possible spot you can put input text on your phone should have the option to hit the microphone and have voice to text. Should be built-in.

Agreed. Also wish the built in hubs got more of an update for their live tiles.

Never understood why there's no google talk, xmpp, etc integration into the messaging hub. Instead we count on 3rd party developers and get a mess of inconsistency when it'd be nice to have one spot. At least give us the option and if the 3rd party app is better then so be it.

Totally agree. Their two major competitors have been doing it for years so why has Microsoft not added this simple time saving feature onto their keyboard? I have an iPhone 5s, Samsung Galaxy S5, and a Nokia Lumia Icon running the 8.1 developer preview. I can't really use my Lumia in the real world and find myself always falling back to my Galaxy S5 because of this one feature alone.
