Hello;
I've installed. I cannot set wifi on after set Wifi off. And also after upgrade wp8.1 I cannot use network 3g even it is on.
When I click wifi on, I get "can't do this right now. try again in little while. If the problem continues, restart your phone and try again"
I restarted a lot of times but the problem is still same, I cannot connect to inernet by wifi and 3g.
what will I do?

Try volume down + power for 15seconds till it reboots.

I cannot get cortana to appear I tried tapping and holding the search button but get the usual bing search.
