I see a lot of people suggesting and or trying a hard reset to fix 8.1 preview issues. Are people really doing a full hard reset or do they mean soft reset? I would think a soft reset would be more than enough to fix issues.I suppose with backups a hard reset isn't as painful, but it seems like a long way to go. Do people really understand the difference?
Just curious, and obviously it depends on the user if they know the difference, but I see "hard reset" being used a lot more than I would think is necessary.
