WP8.1 Screen Captures Not Uploading to OneDrive

I've noticed that when savings a screen capture to the pictures hub via the new Power + Volume Up combo that the screen capture is saved to my phone but will not upload to OneDrive. Even though I have it set to upload all pictures to OneDrive automatically over wi-fi. I've tried taking an actual camera picture and that has uploaded right away as expected.

I'm pretty sure screen captures used to get uploaded. Anyone else seeing this behaviour or is it just me?
