Home screen unresponsive after disconnecting call

Hi,

After upgrading my Lumia 720 to 8.1,observed that after I disconnect a call my screen is unresponsive.
Only after a lock and unlock it will be normal.
Any idea what would be the problem.

And also after upgrading to 8.1,camera launching has been very slow. Microsoft needs to work on this.

Did you soft reset your phone after installing the update. If not then, go to settings>keyboards and download a new keyboard and allow it to install. Phone will reboot and this should help. DEFINITELY HELP.

Did that already but no success.

I also observed that "Skype" button was disabled while calling or talking to someone.
