8.1 allows everything to have three rows... but does it allow the Icon/1520 to have two rows?

The three rows of tiles feels a bit disorienting to me on the 1080p Lumias.

Does anyone with a 1520/Icon have time to check and see if the ability to only show two rows of tiles is available?

Nope, it's only three on the 1520. There's no setting for it at all.
