Lumia 900 OS cannot start

Please?. my Lumia 900 has developed a problem. If I put it on, the screen gets lighted, then I see NOKIA, then RETHINK POSSIBLE. From there, it will wouldn't continue to complete the boot process and the whole thing will start again. Please I need your help?

Anyway Try hard reset
