Non-default MS apps not showing up in Notification-Action Center

Just got a new 1520 to replace my broken 920. Updated to 8.1 and phone is all up to date. The only apps showing up in the Notification center settings are default apps. Wpcentral, baconit, facebook do not. I've enabled notification in those apps if the setting exists but they still don't show up. I know they did in my 920.

The application needs to receive a push notification first, then the phone will know that it's an app that delivers notifications.
