I just updated my HTC to Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 Dev Preview. I noticed this great new (not sure if new) feature on the default map app:

If you touch/zoom on a popular establishment or building, a menu for different level/floor will appear.
Select the level you want and it will show the map for that level. Cool!

Definitely not a new feature. The ability to do so has been in since WP7, but to a limited number of venues, and of course, started out US only. The number of supported venues has been growing.
