Why am I not able to install any new apps on my new SD card?

I Put a New SD card but I can't able to install any new app to SD card

Lumia 520
Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1(Latest developers update)
Yesterday, I just Put a new SD card to my Phone but when i try to move my apps to SD card they can't move and so I format it and re-insert it then I try to download/install new app from store but after downloading it culdnot be installed....every time it goes on "installing" then the error occurs.
Now I change my SD card again this time apps moves correctly and working but Today I got Latest Preview for Developers update(Cortna in more countries,Cellular data in action center).
after updating to this some of my old apps like weather,Cam Scanner are stuck on installing and i don't even use it.
I think that because of my SD card so, Please Help me to get out of this Problem!

Not sure but it sounds like you might have either a bad SD card or one that is not speced high enough to be used in windows phone. It would help if you told us the Manufacturer of the card and what rating it has; i.e. Class 10, or class 6. That might help us to give you good info and advice.
