Filing Contacts Input with WP8

Hi,

I am using a WP8 phone synced to my other devices using Office 365 Exchange. I prefer my Outlook contacts to be listed as firstname lastname, rather than lastname, firstname. WP8 defaults to last, first. Is there a way to change this?

In CYAN + P4D (wp 8.1 update 1)
Go to PEOPLE hub > push ... > settings > on this page I can change it.

Thanks for the info! Both areas are set to first name and then lastname. It displays it that way on the phone, but, when I add a contact using the phone, which then syncs to Outlook, it shows up as last, first in Outlook.
