Why is my Lumia 520 unable to boot?

Help, My Lumia 520 is unable to boot

I was playing game and was also listening to music when suddenly my phone switched off and I was getting "ERROR : Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down"

I have already tried using hard reset and lumia recovery tool which states that this is not compatible while it did recognises the device (showing my imei no. and other things) and also downloaded 1.5 GB of file but after that it says that it is not compatible

Kindly help
Forgot to mention that it was running dev preview and has all the updates installed

Try this, remove the battery and the SD card, then put the battery only, now f turn it on, if that didn't help charge it then try soft reset

It isn't booting up, or out stock on booting cycle ?

It is not booting up... just showing nokia then the error

Two possibilities:
1- your OS is broken
2- your phone is dead (mother board)
Ate you sure that you've used Lumia recovery tool?
