Issues with Comcast email

I have an email account set up on my phone for my Comcast account. Every now and then, it seems about once a month, but I haven't verified that, it'll show about 10 old emails as new in my inbox. It just did it again and every email it showed as new was at least a year old. It doesn't happen on any other device, just the phone. Anyone else ever see this and hopefully know how to correct it?
 
Mi thinks this is an issue WP has.. I've seen a lot of threads where people complain about having problems with emails (other then outlook or gmail).. I'll see if there are any solutions around, but I can't promise anything, unless someone else already has a fix
 
Thanks for that. I don't know if it would make a difference or not, but the emails I'm getting are not deleted. I never delete emails. These are emails that are already/still in my inbox.
 
Oh yes I gathered that from the original post xd Perhaps if I was facing the same issues, I would have found a better solution.. Necessity is quite the motivator
