Limit data use to strictly email

I want to prevent any browser including IE from going online unless WiFi is detected including any updates for any or all of my installed apps, is this possible ? I only want data usage for email. I don't want to accidentally load up a browser or the app updater and it chews up the little data I have recently setup on my account that I only want reserved for email, as I only have 100 megs.

Why don't you just turn the data connection off until you need to use email? That sounds much easier than what you're talking about.

I have it off, worried it may accidentally use data. Although the ability to control what uses what is better

If you have it turned off, it will almost certainly not use data.
