This app is no longer published

Good evening.

So, as I restored my phone I noticed that some apps are no longer published, namely Rocket Riot --> https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/rocket-riot/f5b75212-1cd4-df11-a844-00237de2db9e among others.

Why is the app no longer published, especially considering it's a Microsoft app? If there is no way I can download and install it, how do I get the refund for the money I spent on it (as I obviously assume there has to be a refund if I cannot download and install the app for any reason whatsoever).

There's no "easy refund" button that I'm aware of, but if you get in touch with MS support and ask for a refund, I think the odds are good you'll see that refund.

Install it as a dev and consider it ok since u know u paid for it?

Which won't work for appx files from the Store, primarily because that would require checking the Store to find out if the app is still published and if you own it.

OP, you can try asking for a refund but unless you paid for it right before they removed it from the Store then you're out of luck.
