I reverted back from 10 to 8.1.1, can I get update 2 with Windows Insider?

I would not want to go back to Windows10M for a while, and Update 2 is not showing on my Lumia 1520 (HongKong variant)..can I get it through Windows Insider, or will it direct me to Build 10536 again??

Windows Insider is for Windows 10
Preview for Developers is for Windows 8

Unfortunately the development builds for PfD had been halted for quite some time now to focus on Windows 10, so it'd be a miracle if there are any new 8.1 builds.

I see..i guess I'm stuck with 8.1.1... Update 2 had better battery though..
