Why I don't have wireless icon and connection?

Why I don't have wireless icon and connection.

Hello. I have installed Windows 8.1 Pro and I cannot find wireless icon in order to connect to Internet. I go to Network and Sharing Center-> Change Adapter Settings in
order to enable Wirelss (if it was unenabled) but the icon wasn't there! There are only
two icons Bluetooth and Ethernet.

Can you connect manually to the router? Check under device manager if the wireless drivers are in order (try to update or roll back)
