    Hey All,

    Hope you're well.

I tried accessing the WPCentral website from the modern browser on my Surface 2, but it keeps displaying the mobile version m.wpcentral.com
Is there a reason for this and how do I get it display the full site?

    Thanks.

Yes, scroll all the way down to the bottom and choose Full Site!

Thanks for your reply! But here's my problem, I don't get any of the other links at the bottom. This is what mine looks like:

Try it from one of the forum pages (like this page here) it should show up! I'm looking at it right now!

Yes! I see the options in the forum pages, but when I go onto the main website page, it reverts back to the mobile site -_-

Er try resetting your Internet Options. On start screen search "Internet Options", go to Advanced and then Reset.

From what I can gather this isn't an issue with the website itself but Microsoft updating the UA string to function as a mobile browser, however we do need to have the option of viewing the desktop or mobile site within the profile settings. I presume this has something to do with Threshold and removal of the desktop on Windows RT.

Edit: Having looked into this more it looks like the site isn't detecting the UA string correctly and is falling back to the mobile site.
