Skype Video on Windows 10 Mobile will not send confirmation code
When I try to setup Skype Video, it asks me to fill in my phone number so I can get a confirmation code. When I do it says the code's been sent, but I never receive it. If I try again, I get a message saying "Skype is unavailable, please try again later," with an error code of 0x800706BA. I've been trying this ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile, but it's never worked. How do I fix this so I get the code and can set up the app?
My device is a Lumia 640XL running build 10586.164 [latest consumer release I believe.]
