Hey, I have just bought this phone for the 2nd time because I love it. But today there was a phone update sobi did it , thinking 'ahh this might even get better' well, now my phone won't play any audio or video. I don't know what else might be wrong with it but I know I can't use 2 of my favorite options on the device. Can someone please help me?
