    Hi All,

I am a windows developer amd was going through a tough time selecting a tablet which is cheap, as well as works well with development.

So I came across this Notion Ink Cain 8 tablet. Seems to be good, but a question I have with it , Can I debug apps on it? Has anyone tried ?

    Thanks in advance.

If it is Windows tablet and if it has some kind of USB port, then yes.

On your tablet you have to install Remote Debugger and connect your tablet with your laptop/PC just as you would do with debugging phone apps.

As Tonchi said it, if it is Windows 8/8.1 tablet it should work. Additionally you can debug via (wireless) network, you don't need to connect it with USB. Just make sure the development machine can reach tablets IP address, and Remote Tools for Visual Studio has to be installed on the device, of course.
