1 minute live tile update for battery status

Is 1 minute live tile update not possible for battery status, I'm asking because I didn't see a single app that is possible,including recent one's.In a recently showed app description, they state due to system limitation battery status only can be updated in every 20 minutes.Is this right?

you can use time me app! but you'll have the clock too

I'm using it,the time gets updated in every minute but, battery percentage not gets updated as it discharge it takes some more time
