10122 Insider-Hub constantly crashing

Anybody else having the issue that the insider hub app is crashing while starting, after the update to 10122. Its also impossible to uninstall the app to reinstall it.

I cannot run any modern/universal app, they just close after starting, news, weather, even insider app. Store and other system apps such as settings work.

It can't crash any more than it does in the latest phone build.
