1020 sound problem

my L1020 has no sound for no reason.
-when there are incoming calls, it will rings. it has the ringing sound. but when i pick it up, i don't hear anything. but if i turn on the speaker, only then i can hear it.
-i tried play some songs, there is also no sounds.

Sounds like the small speaker for your ear is broken. I would send it back.

it is like being turned off.:sweaty:
because after it's back to normal, i tried some calls. the sound is normal, is crystal clear. there isn't any sign of it broken.

its the same for the speaker on the bottom as well.

i can't be sure.

Try checking to see if "flip to mute" under the audio setting is turned on. That might be your issue if it works until you pick it up.
