14986 Broke Windows Hello

After upgrading to 14986, Windows Hello no longer works. Unable to improve recognition, and unable to perform setup on new system.

have you tried disabling and then enabling the feature again? Also upvote or post it on feedback app.

I have done all three. Apparently I am not the only one.

Microsoft today released a new build of Windows 10 to Insiders in the Fast Ring. The latest build of Windows 10, build 14986, a huge update for Windows 10. The build highly focuses on new features for Cortana.

What does this have to do with the Windows Hello issue in 14986? This is the build I was referring to when I started this topic.
