1520.3 to a 830

Im thinking of selling the 1520 when I get it back from service. They seem to go for decent money still here.

The 830 is a solid device, I like it... Battery life of course after the 1520 feels little short, but its expected.

I like it more everyday. That 1520 battery life is something. I do miss that. I didn't pay much attention the battery on the 1520, just through it on the charger every once and a while like the old flip phones.

I was joking some but I really do like the 6" size. I've always been a two hander and if my pants can't handle it I won't wear them :) My 1520 comes first, pants 2nd.

Sadly, I think the next big phone offering from MS will be 5.7". Seems to be what Samsung and apple have settled for.
I'm with you ... always two hander and 6'' size is like John Virgo said ''That's absolutely inch-perfect''.
In the autumn, winter and springtime is my 1520 in my pinewood jacket and in the summertime in my safari shirt (chest pockets).
And when I'm traveling ... Dakine backpack.
But I NEVER put any phone in my pants ... there are my keys.

Had 735. Used 830. Have 1520, and i love every aspect of it. Yes, it can and will be difficult to handle 6" from time to time but i sucked it up and continue.( Big) ,,but" i lately thinking about selling this magnificant device and get smaller one, like 830. Why? Mainly because i'm afraid that something gonna hapen to my beauty, maybe drop or cracked screen maybe something else..and with cheaper one (830) i never had that kind of problems. Hell with it, 1520 repair cost like new 830 in my place...
Still thinking, let msft relase new device so i can make a deal.

Sorry to go off topic, but: The mic on my 1520 is getting buggy as well! Can you let me know how your repairs go, and if it cost more/less than the estimate on Palco? I'm also noticing that the back and windows buttons aren't lighting up any more. Seems like a lot is going wrong at the bottom of my phone.

Received the 1520 back from Palco today. Everything seems to be working just fine. Capacitive buttons light up and the mic is working just fine. With that said, I'm back to the 1520 for the time being. I do miss its battery and gaming performance over the 830. It does feel significantly bigger than the 830 holding it again after not having it for about a month or so. Repairs were fast. I just did not send it in for repairs sooner.
