rare issue, so have you updated all the apps in store. do that if not.

if issue still persists , only one way remain is to hard reset , after upgrading it is recommended to do a hard reset

Yes, I have updated all apps, still the issue persists, hard reset - you mean by resetting to factory defaults ?

Mine has the same issue regarding lumia 830....camera not working....already i done hard reset but still problem is there....

This sounds a bit like the problem on the L925. Camera works fine until you try to use skype messaging app (doesn't work), then main camera will not work until restart.
