2 Icons - 2 different OS versions

My wife's icon never updated to the same version as my own. Is this normal?

Also, is there any chance the OTC updater might update her model? Anyone ever seen when 2 phones, same make and model have different OS versions after fully updating?

Resolved - I found out W10 M has a "pause" option for updates. Her's was turned on so I turned it off and her phone updated. Helpful because the apps are better, like Facebook.
