There is no such thing as a dual sim 735 is there? [That would be the 730, which this certainly isn't since it is not sold in Carphone Warehouse in the UK - in 'about', it says NOKIA Lumia 735]

In that case it really is a bug

No. Phone only arrived on Monday, had to wait until Wednesday until new (nano) sim came (had micro sim previously). The only thing I can think of is something to do with when setting it up and transferring a few things over from 620, maybe it duplicated the phone bit by mistake for some reason ie bug, as previously mentioned. Maybe whenever MS UK get round to updating it to the .341 version of Denim, it might fix it.
