Now downloading the final release of the Spring 2018 update it seems?

I am on the release preview running the 2018 Spring Update early since the delay started, however my PC has just now started to install a new 'Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803'. Is this the final release of the update? Should I turn off Insider after getting this to return to the stable build, or is this still a preview release?

I just installed 1803 and after a reboot, I can no longer log in.
It's saying that the user profile can't be loaded.

I shut down the computer and turned it back on.
Same issue.
I restarted and spammed the F8 key (which didn't load the startup options) and it gave me the "hi, updating your computer" screens.
Once into Windows, none of my win32 programs were in All Apps and their tiles were blank with gobbledygook for names, "default app reset" errors, and the default wallpaper.
I rebooted again and the programs were back, but I got more "default app reset" errors.
I rebooted again and there were yet more "default app reset" errors.
I rebooted again and everything finally seems fine.
