I never use the EQ from 1520630 doesnt have an EQ .....
but the audio quality is superb. ... im using sennheiser hd 202 II
On tech.firspost.com said this "Audio quality is good via headphones and the speaker has plenty of oomph even at high volumen"Look at the reviews posted in GSMarena. They test the audio quality. And, as far as I remember, they praised the Lumia 630.
EDIT: Oh, no. They didn't make that test. But check the review of the Lumia 730. They must be similar.
The only differences between the 1520 and the 630 in audio is Dolby, the equalizer and the speaker. If you never used Dolby or equalizer then the audio will be the same via headphones.
I have both a Moto G 4G and Nokia Lumia 635 (identical to 630 except LTE). I got the 635 for ?50 that's why! I would say if you want a decent audio or visual experience for around the same price get the Moto G 4G - if you want stereo speakers though hold on for a few weeks and wait for the Moto G 4G II. In fact wait for the successor Moto G 4G model to come out in any case as the original Moto G 4G should then be a very good bargain. Compared to the Moto G, I would say the audio visual experience is noticeably inferior on the Lumia 635 - it is adequate if you haven't got a better phone with you. The one big advantage Windows Phone has over Android is far better volume control 30 steps compared to 15 steps but the sound through the headphones on the 635 is weaker. The sound through the headphones on the Moto G is bigger and has more depth. If you are in the US and must have a Windows Phone and want the best audio-visual experience then get the HTC One M8 for Windows - if it's in your budget then forget anything else. I have the original HTC One and no phone has matched it yet for it's audio visual capabilties which is why I bought it - Nokia's strengths are the cameras, free satnav and Windows Phone which in many ways is easier to use and more fully featured than Android (without additions), though some important things on WP are worse, e.g trying to make sure mobile data is switched off on your new phone!
That's interesting, but I don't want any Android device even if is Motorola or Sony, I think I will keep my 1520, or I'll going to a Store to "play" with a 630 to compare u.u.
As an audiophile who also hates Androids I bought myself HTC 8X with beats audio. Difference between sound on 1520 and HTC 8X is enormous, trust me. You just can't compare any phone in sound quality with HTC 8X in Windows Phone line just because it has beats audio built in. I'm using it with lots of different headphones including Sol Republic Tracks HD, Beats Mixr and ATH M50. So I think you should buy yourself HTC 8XT which supports SD card and also has beats audio.

Beats audio is just a equalizer which makes the deeps and the highs louder and nearly silences the mids which isn't considered high quality at all. It may sound better to average people but if you consider your self a audiophile this equals to killing your music experience.
FLAC Player $2.99Sorry for the OT but how do you play FLACs on WP?
