3g not working on lumia 520?

hey guys so i am having an isiie i select 3g from options but still it shows E which is 2g and i cant use 3g! where as on same SIM i can use 3g on my galaxy duos! any help? i am on win.8.1 GDDR1

Ya that is problem am also facing.i use my android phone 3g and thether to access internet on my wp 8.
