$50 Windows 10 Pro upgrade offer

Is this still available? I'm about to get the Surface Laptop delivered tomorrow and I'm not wild about the idea of Windows 10S locking out stuff like Chrome, etc. Do I just go in the store and download? Thanks.

I don't know. Most of the offers I found in a search had a 99 dollar price for the upgrade. HOWEVER, you MAY be able to get it free.....
