520 not remembering WiFi login

My wife's 520 asks for our wifi network password each time she wants to login at home. How can you get the phone to remember the login? No problem with my 1520 logging into the same network.

Try to reset your home router while the wife's phone is connected.

I had the same issue after I did a hard reset, it got solved after a few updates of the apps that manage settings on the phone.
