520 Stuck at red nokia screen

I was using the Nokia Software Updater and in the middle of an update, it failed. The phone went to the red nokia screen without any status bar. It is not detected by either Nokia Software Updater or Nokia Software Recovery. Power and Vol Down returns to red screen.

Any ideas?
