521 overheating problems;

Recently, my 521 has been overheating a lot. Usually, it happens when I on instagram or omegle (app) alot. However, sometimes it overheats for no reason (I'm not using it and when I pull out my phone I find it overheated). Turning it off for a while gets it back cool, but why is it overheating? I've never had this problem before.

Are you on 8.1? Possibly Cortana if you are. Calfee is correct though. There is something running in the background causing your phone to heat up

I am on 8.1. However, I pretty much don't let anything run in the background (using battery sense). The only things I let run in the background is wpcentral, facebook, and the default battery sense app.

My 520 overheats when I charge the battery. If I make a call while charging it's burning my ear.

My phone also overheats when o charge it and use it at the same time. But now it is overheating for no apparent reason
