630/635 Denim update

I have a Lumia 630 single sim, unlocked, mobile operator 000-DE. Today the Denim update came out for my phone in Germany according to the MS availability page. But my phone says there is no update even after manual checks. I restarted it, hard rebooted it, tried it without a SIM card, still no update. Still on Cyan, OS version 8.10.12397.36001.

Anyone have an idea why this is? Does anyone from Germany have this update yet?

The only reasons I can think of is that either Microsoft made a mistake and it isn't out yet, or that I have an O2 sim card and the update is not out for their phones yet, but that shouldn't matter since mine isn't locked.

Lots of Lumia models (locked/unlocked) around the globe are getting the Denim these days, so bare with it, it will come very soon to your phone, maybe even tomorrow. Report back when you get it.

Dude, that wi-fi signal is constantly changing (i mean the animation), the signal was strong cuz i was 4 meters from the router, guess at the moment of making the screenshot i catch it that way, lol. I was paying attention to signal all the time, it was full signal in 98% of the time . LOL

Announcing is one thing, Available is other.
It takes time sometimes (most of the times) for something that is Announced to become Available.
Understand?

My Lumia 630 Dual Sim finally got Denim! (Greece)
I woke up today and got this lovely message when you unlock the phone (update ready too install)

I tried out the EQ but I don't think that I'll ever use it, the default sound equalization is already stellar,
other than that, the device now feels slightly faster/snappier (definitely faster than PfD on cyan).

These are the major changes from cyan i've noticed:

-folders (obviously)

-when tapping on a photo and you want to edit, now when you choose with what app
you want to edit, on the bottom there is an option to find more apps on the store! (convenient enough!)

-when you want to share a file, you can send it from more apps installed on the device (ex. Viber).
On Cyan you could send a photo for example to a viber contact only if you had viber open in the background.

Now let's see the upcoming WP8.1 update 2
