im pretty sure they HAVE to honor it.
I cancelled my order like few hours later before being processed to find out.
I couldnt stand how the Acer had that weird gray borders. Plus seems officedepot.com are a-holes when it comes to returning stuff.
Ended up getting a Encore 8 at MS store.
