On PC you can have a variety. Use Musicbrainz Picard, Musicbee, easytagger etc.

Does anyone know how to make artist picture to stay on phone? For me it just appears when i am connected to internet and after i turn it off, it just dissapears.

the only problem is the XBox Music app is too slow !
