8.1. Forum confusion

Greetings,

I see there is a WP 8.1 forum and an 8.1. Preview forum. Which one are we supposed to use. I see new posts in both constantly. It is kinda confusing to know which forum I should be hanging out it. Lucky for you all, I'm awesome and can multi-task, but still.....
