8.1 release date?

Hey, I would like to know if they is any sort of release date for Windows Phone 8.1? of course I don't expect an exact date and time but is there a month it is coming out? Is it even coming out this year?

When you say "Dev Preview" do you mean I would be able to download it with the Dev Preview app? The same way many others including myself got GDR3 early?

Yes. For the rest of the crowd by July as Sept/Oct will roll out update 1

Yep, you'll be able to download Dev. Preview version with Dev Preview App in later days of April after Build Summit (2nd April)
