8.1 update Error 801882cb

ISSUE: Windows 8.1 update stalls ( 5 times)

The 1st updates downloaded fine ( 7:00 AM Est.) Soon after, I had issues with the actual update and I contributed to clogged servers.

Later at 1:00PM EST , I connected to Strong Wi-Fi and the Download Blue Status Lline slowly appeared and all seemed well. 4 times the Download Status % made it to 74% and stalled. Keep in mind that at all times I observed the phone and tapping to ensure that it wouldn't cut off.The status line stalled and eventually stopped and the following error message appeared " COULDNT DOWNLOAD ( 801882cb). I looked it up on Microsoft and this code means WiFi connection and try Cellular.

This message does not apply : My Wi-Fi connection is Strong and I have unlimited Data( Grandfathered plan)
I also Cut on " KEEP WI-FI ON ON SCREEN SHUTDOWN
I have plenty of space 12 GB on Phone - 20 GB SD Card
Been using Windows phones since 2000

Things worked out . I now have 8.1 on my Nokia 1520 32 GB and I Love it!!

Same case here with my Lumia 720... And more it's showing my phone storage... System capturing 5gb out of 7.2...i hate it

i have lumia 520 , second part of update goes till 80% and then error comes , i have tried 16 times and tried hard and soft reset nothing worked.

Same issue no solutions from Microsoft (other than "try rebooting" and similar brain-dead remarks confirming they don't care) ...back to Android I go.
