8.1 update - Nokia 930 - phone will not restart

Hello, I've accepted the notification to download the update (the one dealing with the random rebooting of the device) but now the phone is on constant "nokia" loop on the screen and it won't restart. (it was downloading for about 20 minutes)

There is the "Lumia software recovery tool" from the Microsoft site for software trouble with your phone, this will reset your phone back to 8.1, Also you could reboot your phone first. But I don't know if it will work, with your phone or make your worse !! up to if you want to try it. hold all three buttons together of the volume up/down and power for a minute for it to reboot.

Did you have plenty of battery remaining?
Try a soft reset (hold power + volume down until phone vibrates).
