Wow this is awkward. Just as i post this, i've watched my phone restart out of the corner of my eye. I highly doubt this is hardware, must be some problem with o2 and windows phone 8. Ah fudge

their HTC as i bought an unlocked one with no settings in it & can't get MMS to work 

you run HTC connection and selected the O2 setting for contract / PAYG ?

I ran the HTC connection app and that was as useless as a chocolate tea pot that's for sure, managed to get the settings elsewhere

Do you have an update for us? I'm also having the issue where "people hub kicking straight back to the start screen and not updating."

Did the hard reset fix it?

I got mine on 25 Nov it is T-Mobile and has worked good so far.
